01Does the chauffeur bring a car?+
No. That is the whole point. Your chauffeur travels to wherever your car is, by public transport, bicycle, scooter or a support vehicle, drives you in your own car, and leaves the same way.
02How do I know who is driving my car?+
Every chauffeur is identity-checked, background-checked and approved for the category of car they drive. You see their name, photo, rating and journey count before they arrive, and the handover only happens once they confirm the private PIN on your phone.
03What does it cost?+
You see an upfront price before you confirm, based on distance, time and the type of car. CALLBY Private is priced by the hour with a three-hour minimum. There are no surprises at the end of the journey.
04Can I book in advance or for a whole day?+
Yes. CALLBY Reserve books a chauffeur for a fixed time up to 90 days ahead. CALLBY Private gives you one chauffeur by the hour for meetings, events or a weekend away, with multiple stops and waiting time included.
05Where and when does CALLBY launch?+
London first, by invitation, in November 2026, starting in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Marylebone and the City. Request an invitation above and we will be in touch before launch.
06I drive professionally. How do I join?+
Choose "I'm a chauffeur" on the invitation form. We will take you through vetting, approval for the categories of car you can drive, and the chauffeur app before your first journey.
